Terms of Service

By accessing or using Reportly (tryreportly.app), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Service description

Reportly is a SaaS platform that aggregates data from your Shopify store, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics, and delivers automated performance reports via Telegram, WhatsApp, or email.

2. Account registration

  • You must be 18+ to register
  • You must provide accurate, current information
  • You're responsible for keeping your password secure
  • You're responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Subscription & billing

  • Plans: Starter ($19/month), Growth ($49/month), Team ($99/month)
  • Free 14-day trial — no credit card required to start
  • Billed monthly via PayTabs (KNET, Visa, Mastercard, mada, Apple Pay)
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Cancel anytime — access remains until end of paid period
  • No refunds for partial months; full refunds within 14 days of first payment if not satisfied

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use Reportly for illegal purposes
  • Share your account credentials with non-authorized users
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape our service
  • Use Reportly to violate Shopify's, Meta's, or Google's terms
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages via our delivery channels
  • Exceed rate limits maliciously

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your content & data

You retain all rights to your store data, ad data, and reports. By using Reportly, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process your data to generate reports
  • Deliver reports via your chosen channels
  • Store data as needed for service operation

We do not claim ownership of your data.

6. Service availability

  • We aim for 99.5% uptime but make no guarantees
  • Scheduled maintenance windows announced in advance
  • We're not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Shopify API, Meta API, etc.)

7. Intellectual property

The Reportly name, logo, software, and content are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

  • Reports are based on data from third-party APIs — we don't guarantee 100% accuracy
  • Reportly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We're not responsible for business decisions you make based on the reports

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

  • You may cancel anytime via account settings
  • We may terminate for material breach with 7 days notice
  • Upon termination, your data is deleted within 90 days (subject to legal retention requirements)

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuwait City.

12. Changes to terms

We'll notify you via email of material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
